1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is AiDVISUM Intelligence GmbH, Leonhardtstraße 21, 14057 Berlin, Germany, represented by the managing directors Christian Wrage and Michael Buttkus. Contact: hello@aidvisum.com.
2. General information and legal bases
We process personal data only within the framework of the applicable legal provisions (GDPR, TDDDG). The legal bases are in particular Art. 6(1)(a) (consent), (b) (contract / pre-contractual measures) and (f) (legitimate interest) GDPR.
3. Hosting (Microsoft Azure)
Our website as well as the associated backend and database are hosted with Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited) in a data-centre region within the European Union. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Microsoft.
When the website is accessed, server log files transmitted by your browser are collected automatically: IP address, date and time of access, page/file requested, volume of data transferred, referrer URL, and browser and operating-system information. This data serves solely the technical provision, stability and security of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functional presence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Fonts
We use licensed web fonts that are hosted on our own infrastructure (Microsoft Azure, EU). No connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts) is made to display the fonts; no personal data is transmitted to external providers for this purpose.
5. No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set any cookies and does not use any tracking, analytics or advertising services. No usage profiles are created. The language selection is handled via the URL path, not via a cookie. The trust seals shown in the footer are also served as static images from our own server - no connection to third parties is established.
6. Waitlist
If you sign up for our waitlist, we process the data you provide in the sign-up form - name, role/function, company and email address - in order to inform you about the launch or availability of our offering. To document your consent, we additionally store a server timestamp. The data is stored exclusively in our own database (Azure Table Storage) operated on Microsoft Azure (EU); it is not passed on to third parties. Internally, a notification about a new sign-up may be sent via Microsoft services (Teams/Power Automate).
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future, e.g. by email to hello@aidvisum.com. We store the data until you unsubscribe or the purpose (information about the launch) no longer applies.
7. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, we process your details in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (where related to a contract) or (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Via our contact form we process the data you provide (name, email address and your message) in order to respond to your request. This data is stored in our own database operated on Microsoft Azure (EU, Azure Table Storage); it is not shared with third parties. The notification to us is sent via Microsoft (Azure Communication Services, EU); internally, an additional notification may be sent via Microsoft services (Teams/Power Automate). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
8. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent given at any time.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BlnBDI).
9. Data security
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect data transmission. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” in your browser's address bar.
10. Validity
This privacy policy is dated June 2026. We will update it as soon as the data processing on our website changes.
