No - and that's the core. A free language model produces plausible answers that come out differently each time and can't be verified. AiDVISUM runs on a deterministic engine: the same input leads to the same result, and every step follows a documented methodology with benchmarks and best practices. The result is reproducible and auditable - exactly what a free LLM answer is not. We use language and dialogue to capture input; the assessment itself is rule-based.

Is my data secure - and where is it stored?

We host data across our entire architecture exclusively on servers in the EU. Your data is available for your personal use, so we can support you ever better in your specific situation. This data is available to you alone. Data transfer is encrypted; no one else can see your data. We delete your account and data on request, in line with GDPR. We are reviewed against the requirements of the GDPR and the EU AI Act by heyData.

Can I defend the results before the board or supervisory board?

That's the claim. Every figure traces back to its source, assumption and calculation basis - you can review every assumption and follow how each signal was derived. Instead of a black-box recommendation, you get a chain of reasoning that holds up to scrutiny in the boardroom.

That's very clearly our aim. With AiDVISUM you have decades of our experience and deep domain knowledge at your disposal. The results are firmly on par with those of the top consulting firms - unbiased, transparent and without an agenda of their own, and on top of that available faster and at a fraction of the cost.

How much effort is it, and how quickly do I get a result?

First viable results emerge quickly in the dialogue - the engine also works with assumptions and benchmarks while data is still missing. How robust the result becomes depends on how much of your real context you feed in. The workbench automatically keeps track of open points, so you can sharpen them at any time.

No. You work via upload (PDF, XLSX, CSV) and dialogue - no ERP integration and no IT project needed to get started. We are planning such integrations for future releases.

Yes. With every use, AiDVISUM builds a structured company context: constraints, decision history, options already examined, political conditions. What has been captured once is not asked again. Analyses become more precise, the dialogue shorter, the recommendations even more tailored. The context that is built belongs exclusively to the company and never leaves it.

The roadmap leads from there into implementation: designing target structures and action packages, supporting the build and, in time, steering ongoing operations. AiDVISUM is not meant to be the tool for the early phase of a transformation - but the infrastructure that carries through the entire transformation.
